I teamed up with directors Martin Desmond Roe and Colin Lupe to consult, write and translate to bring the Nike Korea Run Your Run project to life (luckily Korean is my mother tongue). Run Your Run was a year-long campaign to motivate and encourge new, every day runners to fall in love with running. For the the final segment of the campaign, they wanted to capture Ryu Jun-Yeol, a South Korean actor and activist, running the Chicago Marathon. The goal was to really bring forth the highs and lows of running a marathon while also capturing his raw and very real emotions from training to the finish line.
